Depending on the usage of the needles, acupuncture affects the patient either with calming or revitalizing energy. Our TCM specialist conducts varying pricking techniques and depths adapted to the individual needs of the patient.

At Concept of Health, we exclusively use sterile, fine needles of stainless steel. After usage, the needles are disposed of, which ensures that there is no risk of infection.

A special method of acupuncture is ear acupuncture.

Part of an effective method of ear acupuncture is the application of grain-plasters on specific parts of the ear. Because of this form of ear acupuncture, the patient has a constant stimulation lasting multiple days.

This healing method is based on the principle that the whole human body is reflected in the ear and that the whole organism can be influenced through the acupuncture points of the ear.
