This privacy policy explains how Concept of Health GmbH processes personal data. It follows the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP).

Appointment requests

When you fill in the appointment form, we process the details you provide: title, name, date of birth, address, phone number, email, supplementary insurance, AHV number and your message. We use these details only to answer your request, arrange an appointment and invoice the treatment.

Information about your health is considered sensitive personal data. You decide what you include in your message. The request is sent to the practice by email and stored in the website system, which only the practice can access. We delete the data as soon as it is no longer needed, unless a legal retention period applies.

Server and logs

When you visit the website, the server stores technically necessary information such as IP address, date, time and the page requested. This data is used for secure operation and is not combined with other data.

Google Maps

The appointment page includes a Google Maps map. When you open that page, data such as your IP address is transmitted to Google, including to the USA. More information is available in Google’s privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy

Cookies

This website does not use cookies for advertising or analytics.

Your rights

You can request information about your stored data at any time and ask for it to be corrected or deleted. Please write to zug@conceptofhealth.ch.
